Massage Therapy has been proven to reduce pain and muscle tension, promote relaxation, reduce stress, and boost mood.

Leslie is a licensed massage therapist having studied at Lauterstein and Conway School of Massage. She has over 20 years of experience and over 1500 hours of training and work as an instructor for resort spas. Leslie sets herself apart from most massage therapists in that she has a physical therapy background which helps her to better understand the human body. She specializes in deep tissue massage, emphasizing the fascia fibers for a more effective muscle release. Leslie likes to incorperate hot stone massage techniques to help relax the muscle tissue, allowing her to go to a deeper level.

Massage times range from 1 hour to 2 hours. We use 100% organic massage creme and doTerra essential oils to enhance the massage experience.

Electric Lymphatic Therapy with the XP2 Lymphatic Machine

What are the commonly experienced benefits of a Lymphatic Therapy session?

  • Powerful full-body detoxification

  • Balancing fluids throughout the body, resulting in swelling reduction and removal of toxic fluid

  • Pain reduction

  • Tissue regeneration - scars, stretch marks, wrinkles and fracture, or surgical-incision sites, are improved

  • Reduction in inflammatory conditions

  • Reduction in adipose tissue (fat)

  • Deep relaxation

Contraindications include:

  • Pace maker

  • Pregnancy

  • Deep Vein Thrombosis (blood clots)

What is a session like?

The patient lies on the massage table, with draping similar to a massage session, while the practitioner gently glides glass bulb wands over the skin. Patients say they find it relaxing and feel like they have had a full body massage.

How often will I need a session?

Healthy patients will want to have a few done weekly until the lymph is clear, and then every month or two. Much depends on the patient's toxicity.

Patients with Lymphedema, Cancer, Lyme Disease, fibromyalgia, trauma from an injury, or Rheumatoid Arthritis or similar health challenges can require ongoing treatment for 3-6 months followed by maintenance care.

Electro-Lymphatic therapy is best done in conjunction with Colon Hydrotherapy for maximum cleansing comfort and effectiveness. If one elects not to do colon hydrotherapy then we strongly encourage the use of home enemas, infra-red sauna, and Epsom salt baths.

***Please also plan to drink plenty of water after your treatment.***
